Our guesthouse is situated in the pedestrian area of Lucca. In the town centre there are many good restaurants and pizzerias, where you can taste the local cuisine with its typical dishes. Special events are organised at the Theatre Del Giglio as well as the summer and winter Puccini festivals that take place in Lucca. You can visit interesting museums and historic buildings, such as Pinacoteca Mansi with its paintings and frescos, Palazzo Pfanner a palace and gardens now converted into a museum of art, the Museum Della Cattedrale, Palazzo Guinigi, the Ducal Palace and the houses of the famous composers Puccini and Boccherini. Lucca’s position in Tuscany is ideal, especially to visit Florence, Pisa and the country villages near Siena.

Free public parking at 7 minutes by foot from the house or private garage (additional cost) at 10-12 minutes. By Foot: - Follow Viale Regina Margherita to Porta San Pietro. - Then follow Corso Garibaldi to Via S. Girolamo. - From there follow Piazza del Giglio to Piazza Napoleone. - Then follow Via Cenami to Via Fillungo. - And then onto Via degli Angeli to Affittacamere San Frediano.
